This morning we’re on our way to the vet to make sure Boomer’s wound is healing properly (he’s fine and his new family is picking him up tomorrow) When we came across this little thing eating out of a garbage bin outside the entrance to Baie Rouge. A chain leash still wrapped around her neck. It took some doing but I was finally able to catch her.
