Saintober - Day 17

Idol/Kpop Band - I had to

"My favorite one is Mila !! You wouldn't guess that she's the Maknae of the group, with that aura of hers ! She looks like a rock star from the 80's ,she's so cool ! And that outfit she wore at the Met, well, she rocked it ! Keep slaying, queen !!"

"Ours is Zia ! She's such a lively girl, even though she's got such a sad backstory !! Losing her sister at such a young age, being bullied....But she's stayed soo, sooo strong, and look at her now !! Also, I need to now what blush she uses."

"Mu-Ri for the wiiiin !! She's the leader of the group. It's no surprise, look at her ! She's so calm and nature....She doesn't talk that much during interviews, but she posts a lot on her instagram !! Well, it's mostly the crafting she does in her free time, but hey ! Love you Mu-Ri !!"

Saintober Day 25 - Army Swap

Isaak had made up his mind. This had been a long time coming, he knew that. Nothing was ever the same since Hyoga died. That day, under the ice, when Isaak lost his grip of Hyoga and watched as the boy was swept away by the current, something in him changed. He grew more reserved. He harbored an unbearable, unshakeable guilt. "What ifs" swirled in his brain every waking moment and when he closed his eyes, all he saw was Hyoga's terrified little face. Isaak didn't sleep much after that. He never asked, but he knew that Camus blamed him as well. Why wouldn't he? Isaak had been in charge, and instead of stopping Hyoga, he helped him. And Hyoga died. Isaak had stopped spending personal time with Camus after that. If it wasn't for training, he avoided his master like the plague. Like he was a plague. Just once, Isaak decided to return to the shipwreck that Hyoga had given his life for. He needed to see, to know, to understand, what on earth was down there worth dying for. So, on a calm day where the currents weren't as vicious and Camus was away on business, Isaak dove below the ice. When Isaak came across the sole corpse within the wreck, she was laying on a bed untouched by decay and marine life. She looked as if she were sleeping. She looked like Hyoga. Isaak realized then that he had been coming to see this woman. A relative, of sorts. He had died to visit the dead. Within the woman's hands was a golden cross adorned with red rubies and resting on a rosary chain of pearls. Isaak took it from her tightly clenched hands and left. He couldn't bear to look at her anymore, at that familiar face. Isaak never returned to the shipwreck after that. When Isaak shattered the permafrost that housed the Cygnus armor, he'd finally smiled. He was so happy, so proud. Finally, he had done something right. When he showed Camus, his master had a conflicted look on his face for just a brief second. But Isaak saw it, and wondered if Camus had looked that way because this was not preordained. That perhaps Isaak was never meant to claim this armor. If Hyoga hadn't died, then maybe he would have been the one to claim the Cygnus, and suddenly Isaak wasn't happy anymore. Isaak never smiled again after that. Over the years, the rift between them had grown beyond what even a Saint could cross. As Isaak sat and watched the aurora in the sky, he recalled that Hyoga had told him something once, in strict confidence. When I earn my cloth, I need meet Kido in Japan. Isaak held the cross and the Cygnus medallion close to his chin. Whoever this Kido person was, they must've been waiting for Hyoga to return. Waiting for a boy who would never come back. Isaak thought, perhaps, if he did just one thing right in his life, it was to go to Japan in Hyoga's stead. It was the least he could do. That night, Isaak made up his mind to leave. He packed what few items he had and left in the dead of night. He told no one, not even his master. He figured Camus would've been happy to see him gone anyways. So he disappeared into the night, hitching a ride on the first ship out to Japan. Isaak never returned to Siberia again after that.
