     how could you advertise yourself as a bar and not have more than one plate’s worth of nachos left? how could any establishment not be stocked up to the fullest? he’d given them a piece of his mind ; a lengthy speech where those two questions were asked and extended on. and still … he was left to share his order. and with a complete stranger at that. though, he remains tipsy and he remains hungry -- and therefor he eventually settles for half a plate instead of one full. almost. ‘ hey! stick to your side, alright. ’ / @saintvd

     back for less than a week and she’d already found herself an offer. an opening for a teacher’s aide at the high school which she’d graduated from. it wouldn’t pay much, though it certainly beat spending her days locked away in the local library. and with the summer’s off, she might even have the opportunity to write. and travel. and write some more. leaving the office of her old english teacher, kevin wanders the halls she hadn’t wandered in over two years. few faces were recognisable ; the brunette only seeming to catch familiarity in past teachers and freshmen turned seniors. though, of course, some were more than simply familiar. despite a back turned, kevin immediately feels a heart drop and a blood pressure rise. ridiculous. she near chooses to turn around and walk the opposite direction. though it’d be a detour, at the best, and she determined that she’d be an idiot if she did. steady steps, arms folded against her chest, she approaches. ‘ hi … ’ / @saintvd
