an guy who left his home city to pursue his dreams, only to come back and find that nothing was as he left it. the store he used to frequent after school was demolished, leaving nothing but an empty lot that used to carry so many memories. the things he used to vividly remember, parks, stores, even the people he used to walk past daily- they've all changed. shifted. Relationships he'd had are... strained now, the kids he used to watch over aren't kids anymore, and his best friend refuses to even look him in the eye,- to make up for lost time. theres a future rapidly approaching and he's still looking back on how everything used to be... hes kinda cooked ngl

colored rough sketch... i had planned to have this be a finished piece but i wasnt happy with how the colors and lighting was turning out despite what i did so i gave it up lol- i'll probably pick up the colorless sketch and try again in like a week maybe
