Ryuji is of the Chariot not the Emperor arcana (I think Yusuke is of the Emperor Arcana) so yeah... that arcana's design involves ropes and tying lol!

Hope bae doesn’t get jealous from this.

I mean, I can see why; Ryuji’s character design isn’t very unique imo and he seems to have a generic secondary male character personality? But he’s of the Emperor Arcana so I’m personally hoping he turns out to be asexual or even homoromantic + bisexual or something because good representation is always an A+ in my book, and potentially a change back to whatever his original personality/behavior was before he was this little shit who wore these terrible graphic tees, man.

But ofc with the dump of trailers ATLUS has shown, my hopes have very much dwindled for this character being in my top three favs. Ryuji seems to have the same template as the previous characters in a “trio,” those being Yosuke, Junpei, and Eisuke. Although personally I think Eisuke was different enough from the former two that he isn’t in the same lump as them.

I’ll be tagging this in the P5 tag because honestly I’d love to discuss about his potential character along with everyone else before the game’s officially released and gives us his canon stuffs (as well as doodle along with my responses). Or just more requests of Ryuji being tied up because obviously my rope bondage drawing skills are very accurate.
