i don’t subscribe to the idea that any two members of l/n are closer or have more chemistry than the rest but that said i do like to think shiho has a special fondness for honami. on behalf of practicing with her alone frequently, for one. but post reconciliation she was the first to completely gain shiho’s trust. something about honami’s responsibility and maturity put shiho at ease that she wasn’t infringing on her lifestyle by making her play with her, as opposed to the other two and especially saki. their interactions in saki5 made me so happy and this is obviously a point where (canonically speaking) shiho has the same amount of trust in everyone but i loved seeing her confidently go “i wanna see how far i can push you.” like how regularly do those lil sessions happen i wanna know. they’re so cute.

calling iori girlfailure is not enough for me she is like a d1 femcel. brings mio’s bass around as a “conversation starter” in case repping her own merch at all times doesn’t work. deftones playing on the wired headphones. matcha oat milk latte always on hand while stalks the same 16 year old girl at her workplace to try and forget about her high school situationship. talks about sum “im so 2000s older sister core.” that’s her. yea.

one theory that i’m 100% locked in on is that the girls on the sample photo here are iori and mio and that before forming standout they would do small scale modeling gigs in high school
