Tsukasa is technically the reason all of Leo/need and Shizuku got diagnosed with autism, and if Haruka had met Shizuku earlier, her and Minori too.

His autism got caught earlier because boy, and because it's genetic, Saki got assessed after Tsukasa got diagnosed. Later, the rest of leoni's parents noticed similar behaviours in the girls, and decided to look further into autism. Honami was diagnosed first, since she showed the most obvious autistic traits as a young child, Ichika at the end of elementary school, and Shiho and Shizuku at the start of middle school.

If Haruka had met Shizuku earlier, she wouldn't have already been diagnosed when they met, and Shizuku would've explained her autism and inspired Haruka to just go make that appointment she'd been struggling to make because what if it hurts her career, etc. and if Haruka had a little more confidence, she would have been open about being autistic before mmj and seeing her talk about it would help Minori and her parents realise she was different earlier.

on her 18th birthday ichika gets the miku 01 as a tattoo. she's kinda nervous about it, but her friends encouraged her to go for it anyways, because it's something she'd been talking about doing for years. saki goes with her for emotional support and immediately realises it was a Bad Idea (needles are... really not saki's thing.) but she ignores it for her friend.
