29: What one thing made your year immeasurably more satisfying?

Baseball, The Hunger Games, Tumblr folks.

It hasn’t really been the best year, so the above mentioned were nice distractions and big helps when things got rough. I like to think I made some progress on making new friends and putting myself out there more which was a goal this year. I’m not quite there yet, and I definitely have more work to do, but it was certainly satisfying to see that I AM capable of forming bonds with people just when I was beginning to think I couldn’t :)

I'd be happy to, but it might take me a while.  It's been so long since I've read HP fanfiction extensively, and when I was super into it I didn't have an account anywhere.  

I mean, it's probably been 7 or 8 years now.  (Eep, how is that possible.)  So all my recs will also be pretty old.

But I'm really in the mood to re-find and reread my favorite Lily/James stories and when I've done so, I'll link them here.

(On a related note -- if any of my followers, or anyone finding this note in the tags, has any recs, can you help a sister out?)

Screw that hateful anon and on a happier note Kipnis reached base safely in 26 straight games :-D

Yep, screw the anon. Their lack of a follow up clearly shows what a coward they truly are, so it's no skin off my nose. 

And yes! My sweet, sweet, baby Kipnis. He's got a 6 game hit streak going right now as well (had a 10 game just before this new streak) and is 2nd on the team in RBIs. I want to burst into tears when I see him and his lovely face. I can't stand it aflkdjflakdjf! lol
