Woosh Woosh! This dress is easily over 10lbs to wear with 7 yards of silk, 7 yards for the chiffon overskirt, the lined 2-layer sleeves, and about six dozen brass bells. It was kind of hard to twirl it all and have it look nice! By the afternoon, my biceps were hurting from picking up my skirts to walk everywhere ahaha. Ahh, my first pandemic cosplay, finally worn 2yrs after it was made! I don't have any of my usual fabric stash, sewing machine, or tools with me in WI, so this was a bit of a struggle to make the way I wanted. In the end, I'm really proud of it and how it turned out though! It's something I'd like to be able to take detail shots of at some point. 🧝‍♀️  Arwen Undómiel (che poco ci somiglia <///3 ). Era dai tempi di Isildur che non mettevo mano sugli acquerelli. Il lineart non mi piace, la scansione dei colori non è eccezionale (purtroppo la scansione mi ha tolto un pò di colore o forse sono io che lo devo caricare di più sulla carta e non lasciarlo leggero) ma almeno questo disegno ha fatto il suo dovere, mi sono rilassata. E' rilassante lo stile tradizionale.

------------------- [ENG]  🧝‍♀️ Arwen Undómiel. It was since the time of Isildur that I had not put my hand on watercolors. I don't like the lineart, the color scan is not great (unfortunately the scan took away some color from the pict or maybe I have to color it more on the paper and not leave it light) but at least this drawing did its duty, I relaxed.  Traditional style is relaxing.
