To say I am enjoying Whole30 is an understatement. Today is day 7 and I feel really, really good. Now that I have the rules down I can whip things together (my preferred method although I really should prep) and have been doing it a week I can see why so many are trying it. Any way of eating that really makes you really consider what you are consuming is good to me. Do I miss my cocktails? OMG YES. Do I miss dairy? Not nearly as much as I thought and I have felt more awake/energized without it. Grains is easiest because I have done keto/paleo/low carb for so long. Lunch today for me: Baby Spinach, Cherry tomatoes Celery Carrot Avocado Walnuts Hard boiled egg Bacon (find one with no sugar added!)
