Sunday mornings is the time I look forward coming into the weekend. A whole day to rest and recover. A new day to prepare for what's coming into the week.

Today, I tried to be productive -but failed. Good thing, it's Sunday.

I have all the reasons to stay in bed all day, which i did. Although I'm quite proud because I was able to follow my planned diet today, sun-dried squid and scrambled egg for breakfast -one of the ultimate Filipino breakfast. And the basic but still one of my favorite, Caesar salad for lunch.

For this week, I just channel all the good energies around me. Stay consistent with my tasks, and be 1% better each day. Also, reminding myself what my bestfriend told me, Celeste, to just show up.
