These Honey Sesame Chicken Salad Wraps are a perfect combination of sweet and savory flavors. Tender shredded chicken is tossed in a honey sesame dressing and wrapped up with fresh mixed greens, crunchy vegetables, and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds. They make for a quick and satisfying meal, perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients: 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 teaspoon rice vinegar. 1 cup mixed greens lettuce, spinach, and arugula. 1/2 cup shredded carrots. 1/4 cup sliced cucumber. 1/4 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced. 4 large whole wheat tortillas. 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted. Salt and pepper, to taste.
Instructions: To make the dressing, mix honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a small bowl with a whisk. Put away. Shred the chicken and mix it with half of the dressing in a large bowl. Toss the chicken to cover it all over. Add pepper and salt to taste. Lay out a whole wheat tortilla on a clean surface. Add some of the mixed greens, shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, and red bell pepper to each layer. Put a lot of the honey sesame chicken on top of the vegetables. To make the chicken taste and look even better, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top of it. Pour the rest of the dressing over the chicken. In order to make a wrap, fold the sides of the tortilla in and then roll it up tightly. Do it again with the rest of the tortillas and ingredients.
