WINTER BREAK. ONCE AGAIN IN NEW YORK CITY. there’s chinese food for two and late night television playing . it is an odd scene for any outsider to witness , odd enough for them both to live through . what started out as a favor for scott grew to friendship to something more . it’s complicated . they sit in silence but there’s something on his mind . heart begins to race and he’s almost certain the other can hear . nervous hands put down the chopsticks .
