RIP Rose Marie. I’m on the right, handing something to Rick Dees who hosted a chocolate mousse recipe contest at Robinson’s department store in the early-ish ‘80s where Rose Marie was a judge (along with culinary stars Nancy Silverton and Michel Richard). (The contest was for artist Stuart Moskowitz’s “Too-Loose the Chocolate Moose,” who was made into a plush toy.) Rose Marie was a great broad—I loved meeting her—and I use broad in the best way possible.
