Premiere Orlando Hair Show 2016

SalonDUO would like to share our experience we had this year with the Premiere Orlando Show. This is one of the biggest hair conventions all year, and brings all our creative minds together. This year, we got the pleasure of seeing such a good team, and an idol for us. @jacobhkhan (top right) demonstrated a haircut and a different way to cut an undercut, @phildoeshair (bottom left) had a few models for color, and demonstrated a different way to hold the hair as you color so that it gives a different finished look. Last but not least, and we got the pleasure of meeting this beauty, @larisadoll (bottom right). demonstrating the sandwich balayage which we have already used as a technique since coming back, leaving us with flawless results. We enjoyed our time at the show, as well as in Orlando, and so glad we get the career to always further out education. We are so excited to bring back these new techniques we have learned here to all our guests here at DUO. We love the support we receive fro you all!

Cool is the new Hot, Ombre Out, Shading In.

This week, here at DUO, we got the privilege to learn about Goldwell’s new Cool Blonde Collection. We got to see what a difference these are compared to your normal shades, and the lightener now has pigments added in that will pull those unwanted tones out of your blonde, as it lightens at the same time. This will benefit a lot of that time in the shampoo bowl of toning. We also learned new techniques on how we can highlight the hair, and give a whole new look!
