🌴 (palm tree) - Is there anything that you do to spend time together?
drawing and video games are really the main ones i do when other alters are around and wanting to do stuff, just because like.. i feel like controlling my hands is one of the best ways to have my alters like. actually be more interactive with the world around me instead of just being something that gives me tooltips in the back of my head LOL. i want to get into more hobbies with alters that have more specific interests but i dont have a lot of resources to do stuff like that... maybe someday
🪴 (potted plant) - If you have a headspace, what is that like? If you don't have a headspace, where do system members normally hang out?
i dont have a headspace! there's no "visual" place my alters "hang out" cause.. theyre just Me its just my brain and my thoughts? i dont differentiate them as different people and i dont really intend or want to. i hang out where i hang out which is. at my desk #yup
🍁 (maple leaf) - If you can switch, what is that like? If you can't switch, is it something that you're interested in?
i dont experience "conventional" switching nah, the type of dissociative disorder i have doesnt tend to have switching and its very rare for a headmate to be the one fully "in control" so to speak. im not interested in it cause i like being me too much and i dont think my brain.. works that way. i plan on making a little mini comic at the start of march actually (for DID awareness day) about the specific dissociative disorder i have and my own experiences with it cause i feel like theres never any discussion of types of systems that dont experience "headspaces" or "switching" in the way most systems seem to- and its a recognized form of plurality i think a lot of people might relate to more than what's most common.. at least based on what i see mutuals posting sometime. (psst, if any of this feels relevant to you, you should look up p-did!)
