Today’s packed meal is a little bit early so here goes. Steamed Pork Patty with a wedge of salt egg, curry chicken and assorted stir-fry mix of cabbage, bean curd skin, black fungus, tomato and carrot.
Mum also bought Hong Kong Style Zhu Chang Fen (港式猪肠粉) for sis and herself. These freshly made on the spot Chee Cheong Fun has prawns filling in them. At home, we poured in the savoury sauce and chilli sauce which are packed separately.
