I don’t know if this is an Amazon Prime issue (which doesn’t make much sense considering both shows are on Prime now) but why does Helluva Boss get merch out the wazoo while Hazbin merch is treated like the red headed step child (words from @rosen-und-mondlicht)

Hazbin and Helluva both had seasonal drops today.

Helluva got:

standees

sweatshirts/t-shirts

pins

posters

playmats

keychains

All of these things have different designs of each character individually, they aren’t grouped together for the most part! Even secondary and minor characters got merch!

Hazbin got:

2 keyschains; one of the hotel crew and one of the Vees

A three piece set of Christmas ornaments

4 posters that didn’t even drop today

Am I missing something?? I feel like Hazbin merch is getting shafted HARD. I know that the season 2 trading cards will be out soon, but it’s still not what Helluva Boss is getting. Hazbin rarely gets merch for individual characters, they’re more often than not grouped together with others. The only examples I can think of is the Valentine’s Day merch (which didn’t have many characters to begin with) and the 2025 pride merch with the standees.

I don’t know, I know it’s not anybody’s fault really, I’m just kind of disappointed at the lack of official Hazbin merch on their shop. Especially since season 2 just ended, you’d think they’d sell a lot more stuff.

ALSO Helluva gets a shit ton more themed merch like the Pirates and the Horror merch that dropped not too long ago.

Imo, it's a bit like a closeted furry using cat girls as a getaway drugs but in reverse. The same way laios openly express attraction to the orc women because they're not entirely humans.

I know I'm being aggressive but I feel like this fandom is intentionally acting obtuse because they don't want to consider that laios might be a little attracted to the opposite sex. For the record, I don't think laios is straight, at least not in the traditional sense and I believe he also has a crush on toshiro. I just think taking laios's initial reaction as face value and refusing to look deeper is a little reductive.

Anakin was a terrible Jedi and even when he fell and was tweaking on the dark side Obi-Wan was just as powerful and better than him.
