I think people are forgetting about muscle memory here as well, which is subconsciously physical everytime you do a stunt, trick, tumble. Your Mind takes a "Photograph" of the thing you just did. So if you're training your backtuck and you've done 30 fails your brain will take the "photograph" of that and subconsciously/automatically use the bad technique (whipping head back) which is why it's important not to over train something (try it a few times that night and move on) also visualization.

I'll check out Continuum. Hunter x Hunter isn't available on Netflix... or the US one anyway. Maybe I'll use the Canadian/UK proxy if it's available on there.

Thanks bro. My own critiques are just pointing my damn toes and getting a fully extended roundhouse. That and keeping my chest up. This kinda jackknife is good for ending combos, but it's impossible for me to combo out of it xD
