In the US, we have the cordials for alcoholic drinks to add flavor, but the closest thing I can figure beyond that is the powders like Kool-Aid. But those are just for at-home/personal use, whereas my understanding is you can order squash drinks at restaurants, right?
As far as I know, you can't order squash at restaurants. It's very much an at-home thing, and it is seen as a reasonably juvenile drink. You get it in big bottles and mix it to your liking.
