At the very least, I’m using a digital live animated avatar to produce short form content for Tiktok. And I can stream with it to, but thats besides the point
The puppet rig was built using OBS with a plugin called move transition, which allows me to move images to specific predetermined spots on the screen at the push of a button.
The OBS scene is projected onto a VCR and recorded directly to a real VHS tape. The footage is captured back into the computer with a capture card.

The art assets were made by scanning physical drawings and coloring them digitally in Affinity Photo. The background for my puppet in my actual desk with some very light photomanipulation. If you look closely you can see a Wii Fit board holding up one of my monitors.
Non Vtuber art assets were also projected onto the VCR, including the disclaimer at the beginning and the fake screengrabs.
Th Nick and Judy motion comic was also made in OBS with the same Move Transition plugin and some clever keymapping. The background for that scene is a stock anime background found on Archive.org.
Certain assets were created using stock images from Pexels and Wikimedia Commons, specifically the detailed Judy picture and the background for th Scooby Doo title card.
Original music is by me and features samples of Tomagotchi Cannibalism by Hello Kitty S/uicide Club amoung other found samples.
So anyways I couldn't get Kidpix (and I have to stress that I'm talking about old software here) or Orly's Draw-a-Story to work, but Crayola Animation Studio works fine!
I also comped everything after the fact in Picmix because that's the closest thing to Blingee we have right now.
I also did some light editing in Affinity Photo to fix Sam's skintone and to make the image just that much more Lofi.
Tbh, I've always kinda been nervous about drawing anything below the waist with them... like... they're a mad scientist, so self modification isn't really off the table.
Anyways, the points nil now, and Sam can absolutely have a shape shifting nanonbot dick if they so choose.
