North End progressed to the semi-finals of the NWCFL’s league cup in a relatively comfortable manner, beating Gate thanks to goals from Sam Grimshaw and two more from Jason Carey.

Full Time: Glossop North End 3 Squires Gate 0

Glossop North End progressed through to the semi-final of the NWCFL league cup this evening with a 3-0 victory against 10 men Squires Gate.   The goals came from Sam Grimshaw in the first half and Jason Carey netting twice in the second half.

The draw for the semi-finals of the NWCFL League Cup will take place on Tuesday evening.
