possible theory I had
so Bryce got that neurotransnmiter helmet made which controls peoples perception of what they see right? even though she sold it to the Japanese, what if she had one made for someone she's been waiting years to get revenge on.
the now roomateless Sam Phitts, who stole the original Elmer she was using to ethically get hearts.
(I know timeline change happened and what not in Blame the Hero but in Bryce she mentions cloning for hearts so it is possible)
((I also want to see her in a main antagonist role again like Stuff and Sam))
