Listened to the learning leaders podcast today the guest was Sam Silverstein, who helps companies actually implement the core principles they say they stand for. I have some experience working for a company that has clear defined principles but fails to provide it's workers with the resources to live up to those principles. Question: when job searching, how to you filter out companies that have good principles but don't follow them. How do you find the ones that actually follow through?
