Art and Function

These wine decanters are made by St. Louis area artist Sam Stang and truly are functional works of art.  One of these, paired with a nice bottle of wine would make a fabulous housewarming gift.  And with the great variety of one of a kind pieces available you can find something for anyone.  

Sam works in a variety of styles, at a variety of price points, and has in his career produced a massive body of work.  So, if wine isn't what you are looking for then he still has something to offer you.  Once a year he even opens his workshop in Augusta, Missouri to the public for the weekends of the Augusta Candlelight Christmas Walk. During those weekends you can even catch a glass blowing demo if you want to see how this work is done.  It is a fun time and you can pick up some beautiful artworks.
