Is “Samchella” SDCC25 or the FYC events leading up to the 2025 Emmy’s? Just curious what you observed if you were referring to SDCC2025, want to make sure it wasn’t me!!! lol - 😂 I hope just yelling “I love you!” 🥰 is ok??
Haha No. These people were attendees, one was an actor.
Samchella is the events in Spring 2025–Upfronts, etc. Where Sam wore the suits.
I observed these things happen in videos that were filmed between interviews on two different days. I watched a two different people casually sidle up to him and act super friendly:
1. One person, Sam immediately stepped back away from them physically and focused on an object they were looking at. They tried to say something else and he started including other people in the conversation. He wasn’t rude. But it was giving “I’m not interested.”
2. At a different event, another person touched him and he turned to face them and lifted his hand and arm and dropped his shoulder to force them to drop their hand. They seemed a little shocked. A third party tried to connect them together. He shook his head and stepped back. The person who touched him seemed disappointed. Sam turned and followed direction from someone else. It was giving, “Please don’t touch me/I’m not available.”
These were very short and quick interactions but I noticed both times, because the persons seemed disappointed and Sam became a little more stoic with the individuals afterwards (no smiles, no further conversation).
I hate to call these people out by posting videos of them doing it lol
