Happy 413

It's just turned 413 (or 134) over here in England and Homestuck ends today. For the past 4 years this silly webcomic has impacted my life in ways which are crazy to think about. I wouldn't know the friends i have today or even be the same person i am if it wasn't for Homestuck and i'm so thankful for that. The past four years have been crazy for me, at the beginning, January 2012, i started (skim) reading it ( i was one of the obnoxious 13 year olds who skipped the intermissions and every act just to read act 5) and getting involved with the fandom thanks to a few Homestuck youtubers at the time like @danithedoommagnet (i hope you don't mind me tagging you) and i started roleplaying which wasn't a really fun experience now that i look back on it, but hey, i'm sure i had fun. And with ought that i wouldn't know @thatoneshawolinthesurveycorps, @that-one-stargazer and @quack-a-lackin who helped me a lot at the time they were around for me. I may have said it before but thank you so much for being there throughout late 2012 and 2013. Also @crowprinxe who sorta appeared at random times ^^' they are super cool thanks so much for being a part of my life at one point. At this time in mid 2012 i also went to my first con with my friend @erebusequity who invited me and i cosplayed Gamzee and it was a really happy day for me, so i wanted to go to cons more and cosplay more which became really relevant later on. After 2012 i just low key liked Homestuck because a lot of things happened to me and i did a lot of things which i regret during me being a Homestuck. Then later on in mid 2013 i met @yandere-imto because they were wearing a Homestuck shirt and i said a cringy tumblr line. They took me to my first meet up which was really fun ( and i dropped everyones cookies oops) and had some of my most fondest memories. Thank you so so much brin i love you to pieces. That year because i was into cosplay and cons mostly due to Homestuck, i met one of my closest friends i've ever had @botvillain who i still talk to today and god i just. Dude. You're honestly the best i can't express how much love i feel for you and how much you've given me just thank you thank you thank you. And the fact you're still in contact and going strong, i honestly can't believe it. In late 2014 i heard that Homestuck was ending at some point so i decided to not get involved with any fandom things, no meets or anything so i would very slowly listen to Collab HQs reading of Homestuck which i have many memories of staying up at night and listening to all the way up to mid 2015. Where i found out one of my friends who i met a long time ago had gotten into Homestuck, so i sent them a message to talk about it seeing as i was re reading it and i was invited to my second meet! I decided to go with @knightly-geneticist to the London meet up as a cruddy Sollux, it was the first time i had been involved with the fandom since 2013 and this meet up in 2015 was one of the best things to happen to me in a long time. I met @fuchsia-vision @dippereyes @existential-dreaming @jennymyvivi @official-fairybull @sharkdandy and a friend named anne who i've forgotten their tumblr so i'll send this to 'em. We all thought we could pull together a Homestuck panel for an upcoming con and they invited me to become Equius! So i started going to lots of other meets with these cool kids and doing vine stuff where i met @doomed-but-not-hopeless and ask blogs where i met @satanbunnies and @the-ordinary-days and i kept going to meet ups and making such fond memories, giving me exactly what i'd dreamed of when i was 13 to 15, a place where i feel like i belonged. Thank you every single one of my friends who are in my life now as well, and if you're not mentioned and considered me a friend i am most likely thinking if you but don't know where to mention you in this post~ or if you even wanted to be mentioned ^^' but yea. It's been crazy and i've made a lot of good memories, a lot of mistakes and made a lot of friends, and it all in a way boils down to me watching "the twelve trolls of christmas" when i was 13. My life would've gone down a completely different route if it wasn't for Homestuck, and it's a very strange thing to say. So just thank you to everyone who reads this post and has interacted with me over these past 4 years and I hope this last update doesn't mean the end of the fandom, and we keep on meeting up and enjoying this crazy webcomic. It's taken me like 40 minutes to write this. P.s. I've made a small book/diary thing filled with signatures and cards and such to remind me of these past 4 years, so i'll never forget you guys ❤️

Ramble

Recently i've been looking back on stuff i did in the past and the people i used to be really active with... I also had a few dreams about some people I used to talk to aswell. I hurt a lot of people and myself a lot when i was really young and nowadays I don't talk to as many people as I did. There was one old conversation i read that said i became more boring and less loveable and they didn't want to talk to me anymore and it just made me think, why do people even like me now? I'm just really upset and i want to say sorry to so many people that i've known for the past 3 years... So much has changed and It's all been for the better and the worst. I'm just feeling really down and horrible so i wanted to post something.
