Although this research might come across something thought up by a teenager: researchers have now found that touching a robot's 'intimate parts' makes people uncomfortable.
Now you might start laughing, but think some more about this... It’s a robot, not a human. Normally you would not classify the robot as human, but apparently it does trigger this effect with you on an emotional level! So perhaps they are already more human than we thought!
