Magical moments

That moment when you’re stupid and young and dating and the person reaches over while looking at you and takes a sip of your drink through your straw— that feeling you get knowing that their lips are now where your lips once were, and their tongue tasting what your tongue just tasted, and wow, it shouldn’t be that intimate, except neither one has kissed the other and this feels almost like a kiss, but not quite, and how that might all of a suddem change— the moment when your mind can think of nothing else except how their lips will soon be over yours and your tongue will taste theirs, and there will be no plastic straw in between

Although this research might come across something thought up by a teenager: researchers have now found that touching a robot's 'intimate parts' makes people uncomfortable.

Now you might start laughing, but think some more about this... It’s a robot, not a human. Normally you would not classify the robot as human, but apparently it does trigger this effect with you on an emotional level! So perhaps they are already more human than we thought!
