Gotta make some headcanons for Little Buddy or I’m not a real Splatoon fan. Considering my fic makes Salmonids people in many regards, it wouldn’t make sense to write Little Buddy as if they’re a pet or something, so they’re 3B’s loyal and protective partner! 

The pair lived in the desert until recently, scavenging for food and materials and frequently looting Deep Cut’s camp in the middle of the night, generally being feral nuisances. Now that they’re in the city, they do less theft, and sleep in the locker, which has been kitted out specifically for comfort. It’s full of pillows and snacks. 

Anyone who threatens Little Buddy’s partner gets bit. No exceptions. Vice versa, too. New Three is. Not good with people yet.
