HONESTLY. SUE ME. but i have a MASSIVE soft spot for caesar. NOW I GET THAT HE LIKE... REALLY, REALLY SUCKS. but at the same time its weird because in the prologue of book 2 he acts very reluctant to continue serving tenebris (if there wasnt a character limit id send examples) and even agrees with leonidas on things like the patrols being useless... and then all of a sudden he starts being the biggest tenebris bootlicker ever and like what happened. caesar. honey... anyways i love that dummy <3

Now that you mention it, I think the reason Caesar had a change of heart is because regimes like the Noctem Alliance.. don't do good things to your brain. They're capable of twisting and changing people in the worst ways. Another example that reminds me of Caesar, in this way, is Spyro. Leonidas says that he remembers when Spyro was wide eyed and fresh, and that he'd been twisted into something cruel and sacrificing. I think that's what happened with Caesar, or at least I'm sure that's part of it. A huge part of the Elementia Chronicles is how people can change, for better or for worse.
