Dan Heng moves one hand to hold Sampo's cheek, his thumb circling lightly on his cheekbone as he keeps his stare towards Sampo. The latter seemingly held his breath as he looked at Dan Heng like he was a star he was willing to grab but is afraid to turn into stardust, like a canary in his reach but afraid to cage. Dan Heng feels confused and conflicted. Sampo Koski only sees value in money. His eyes looking at Dan Heng like he's a treasure feels improbable to say knowing what kind of person the one in front of Dan Heng is. An opportunistic and egotistical guy with questionable moral standing. He does anything he wants at the expense of anyone, which is why he came to hate the guy since they met as freshmen in one of their joint classes. Maybe it was the alcohol tricking both of their minds.
