Hippie Princess?
So
1.) blow dried my own hair for the first time #adulting
2.) got over my fear of being judged for wearing vintage in public, and wore my 30s dress to my doctors apt this afternoon.
Finally figured out my body suit too! Although I’ll need to make some alterations to it.
I’m high off of a Strawberry Lemonade lollipop in a fancy bathtub in the mountains and it’s snowing outside. I fucking love CO.
Also, these came in last night. Pink is 1930s and handmade, blue is 1940s. I’m surprised they both fit so well because I ordered them without measuring myself 😅
I need to find a longer, preferably darker slip for the 40s dress. It’s also very fragile.
I now own an item of clothing (mostly dresses) from each decade between 1930 and 1990. Now to hunt down 1900s, 1910s, and 1920s.
Haven’t posted in a while. This is my new car, Edith. We had a little photo shoot.
Wishing I could go as a 50s housewife for Halloween, but alas, got roped into matching Men in Black costumes.
Also, this dress is early 60’s so I guess I should say 60s housewife.
Made my first pair of PJ pants! They’re not perfect, but I’m pretty proud of them. Oh! And there’s pockets! They are SO soft.
