T for the song ask game? 💛

ask game: give me a letter and i'll tell you my 5 favourite songs starting with that letter

This one's hard because sooo many songs start with "The" and I feel like I could make a whole list with only songs titled "The ____" so I think I'll intentionally leave those ones out unless the second word also starts with T, lol

I'm painfully indecisive so I'm gonna cheat a little do my top five only for my "main"/favorite genre of music (pop punk and emo), and then at the end I'll put a list of honorable mention songs I also enjoy, including from other genres.

The Thrash Particle by Modern Baseball (It wouldn't be a top songs list from me without a Modern Baseball mention! I think this song might be one of the best on their whole discography. I nearly put Tears Over Beers from them on this list too, but I figured I'd do 5 from different artists haha. Timmy Bowers and Two Good Things were also contenders!)

Tough Love by Arm's Length (This band has never put out a bad song I swear to God!!!!! Their full-length albums aren't just no-skips, they're like front-to-back bangers. Like, I want to go to the doctor and tell them to give me whatever Allen Steinberg is on because he's actually cracked out of his mindddd)

There, There by The Wonder Years (But there were two other TWY songs that nearly made the list: Teenage Parents and Thanks for the Ride. TWY might just be my favorite band of all time but their songs that start with T aren't my all-time favorites from them so they're going in third place for this list haha)

To: My Old Self by Real Friends (This song brings me right back to middle school LOL, it was literally life-changing for me back in the day and I have such a soft spot for it even now)

Thin Air by Citizen (My favorite song off of what I think is their most underrated album! Such a great band ugh)
