This fresh and zesty guacamole is the perfect accompaniment to your Avocado Egg Samosa Roll. It's packed with flavor and adds a creamy and tangy contrast to the crispy samosa roll.
Ingredients: 2 ripe avocados. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup diced tomatoes. 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro. 1 jalapeo pepper, seeded and minced. 1 clove garlic, minced. Juice of 1 lime. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Cut the avocados in half, take out the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. You can use a fork to mash the avocados until they are smooth, or you can leave some chunks if you'd rather. Red onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeo, and garlic should all be chopped up and added to the mashed avocado. Pour the juice of one lime over the mix and mix it all together. Add salt and pepper to taste in the guacamole. Serve right away with your crispy and tasty Avocado Egg Samosa Roll!
