Hello! I read somewhere that Eun Tak's mom and her friend keep finding each other, can you explain that? It was those the girls right? The one with the hairpin and the short haired girl?

Oh, I haven’t heard of that theory but I personally think the girl with the star hair pin is the daughter of Shin’s solider friend. Remember in episode 14, he bought that hair pin from Samshin when she told him of the story of the Goblin. 

Then again, if we’re continuing with this theory: Eun-Tak’s mother’s name is Ji Yeon-Hee. There are many translations for this name in Korean, but particularly Yeon means “pretty” and Hee means “shine/bright.” Therefore, the star hair pin represents both pretty and bright/shine. Samshin also said to the girls while looking at them, “I was looking and thinking, look how pretty they are.” While her mother’s friend’s name was: Go Jeong-hyeon. Jeong means “loyal & quiet” and Hyeon means “virtuous.” Since she’s a loyal friend, then she would probably be Yeon-hee’s friend in the next life time, too… no matter how bad of an attitude she has (the star hair pin girl has slight attitude lol).

Idk… it seems plausible but I would think Samshin would know if someone is reborn or not… right? Why else would she have said that Eun-Tak must have met her mother by now? O.o
