Alright. Okay. Over the past year (I’m not even kidding, the first person here who tagged me posted theirs back in january), I’ve been included in multiple Ask/Trivia/Get To Know Me tags, and like the useless procrastinator that I am, they’ve just gone on piling up the longer I promised myself “tomorrow... that seems like a good task to tackle tomorrow”. So to @samspuppyface (x), @onceuponadestiel (x), @mansikkaomenabanaani (x), @casper-the-friendly-being (x), and @thursdays-fallen-angel (x), I am so incredibly sorry - these were never meant to be left unanswered for so long. I normally love tag games and actually get anxious that I’m going to bother other people by spamming them in my enthusiasm, so I hope you don’t mind that it took me a while, but I did always intend to answer these. Thank you for thinking to include me!

Because so many of them shared similar questions, and because they’re generally questions I’ve answered a few times before in previous tag games, I’ve tried to roll them all into one post. I think if I’m tagged in something similar in the future, I might just answer that person by linking back to this one, but I don’t mind the opportunity to update my answers :)

Not really in a position to date, though.  Hogwarts house: Slytherin Favourite colour: Blue Pets: I used to cycle through every single animal my family collectively owns when people asked me this, but seeing as my Mum actually lives on an entire farm now, I think I’ll just stick to naming my cat, Ziggy. He’s a white, fluffy ragdoll, and I would die for him. Time right now: I mean, right now, as I’m typing, it’s 3:30am… but I’ll be queueing up these posts and trying to drip-feed them one at a time over the next few days, so I don’t actually know what time it’ll be here when I post this. Whatever. Time is an illusion, and all that. Average hours of sleep: Anywhere from 3 - 12, I honestly have such unhealthy sleep patterns. Insomnia doesn’t make things easy. Countries I’ve lived in: Australia Languages I speak: English. Can understand french, but can’t speak it.

 4, 7, 13, 22. Last thing I googled: “how to cook calamari” because my brother realised he had fucked up halfway through actually preparing the meal. Last article I read: Idk, does it count as an article? Or just a really long, really depressing list. I checked back in on Autostraddle’s record of All 172 Dead Lesbian and Bisexual Characters On TV, And How They Died. It was at 150, last time I checked. There have been 27 added to the list just in 2016 alone... So I made myself sufficiently pissed, doing that -_- Last thing you bought online: A slouch beanie from J2M’s LOVE campaign.  Number of blankets I sleep under: None right now. A sheet, if I can stand it. Favourite film of 2016: Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, easily. Favourite TV shows: Supernatural (I mean, you all knew that already), The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Stranger Things, Sense8, Call The Midwife… the list goes on, man. Favourite fictional character: Castiel. First fandom I joined: I mean. I would say Harry Potter or Narnia or X-Men, because I started getting into that stuff early on and that’s what most people would usually consider “fandom” interests, but… I’m pretty sure Avatar: The Last Airbender has them all beat, at least in terms of chronology. It’s rare to first fall in love with something as an eight year old, and still be just as enraptured with the same universe when you’re in your twenties. Forever A:TLA and A:TLOK trash. Favourite fandom: The Supernatural fandom’s done the most for me, so I’d probably have to go with that. I do like the more calm, niche, quiet fandoms though sometimes, like Stranger Things or Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Or sleepy fandoms that haven’t been active in a while, like Narnia or A:TLA/A:TLOK... They’re just so much more chill, you hardly ever come across wank with those ones. Having said that, the Supernatural fandom as a collective may be huge and rumbly and sometimes troublesome, but the circles I’ve found within it (the TFW/J2M/Misha/Castiel/Destiel fandoms) have always been super welcoming, lovely, and supportive. Those are the places I feel fondest of, in the world of fandom as a whole. Favourite book: …Oh, shit. I’m actually having difficulty coming up with anything that isn’t fanfic…. Umm. I always loved fantasy and sci-fi series in the YA section, because I found that a lot of fantasy fiction that’s instead aimed at adults *cough*ASongOfIceAndFire*cough*, is written as excessively grimdark and miserable. I’m an overwhelming believer in the power of a happy ending, which is probably why I prefer to find my fantasy in fics now instead. If I’m pressed to actually name some books, though.. I guess Harry Potter and The Chronicles of Narnia are a given, considering I mentioned them before. The Stravaganza series by Mary Hoffman, the GONE series by Michael Grant, and the His Dark Materials trilogy by Philip Pullman were also always favourites of mine as well (I’m just realising now that I have a big thing for fantasy/mythology stories that also cross over into the territory of parallel universes... make of that what you will). Book you’re currently reading: I’m coming up against the same problem with this question as the one above. You know what? Fuck it. I just started re-reading riseofthefallenone’s Angel’s Wild again for shits and giggles, so here’s a fic rec for that if you live under a rock and haven’t already read it. Because that fic should be considered classic ass literature, and yeah, it’s longer than most novels. So that’s the book I’m currently reading. Favourite artist/band: Crap, it changes so much. I don’t really have artist/band loyalty, so it’s really whoever’s music I’m listening to the most at any given point. Probably Gallant and Kaleo, at the moment. Song I last listened to: Weight In Gold by Gallant. I’ve kinda had it on repeat for about a month now… I have a bad tendency to do that with new songs I love. Phobias or fears: Um, the less serious one? Ventriloquist dummies. The actual phobias that can send me into a panic attack on a bad day? Agoraphobia, Anthropophobia, and Scopophobia. Worst thing you’ve ever eaten/tasted: Probably the gross flavours in a Bertie Bott’s Every Flavour Beans pack. I don’t know how Jelly Belly actually managed to make something genuinely taste like vomit or rotten eggs without actual magic involved, but fuck… kudos to them, I guess. Dream trip: A round the world trip, really, with enough pit stops to visit all my international friends. I’d love to visit Greece, Ireland, Japan, Canada, and stop by the states for a Spn convention sometime as well... too many destinations. Dream job: Midwifery. Favourite place to be: Either in my room and completely sequestered away from the entire universe, or at the top of a very tall theme park ride. One extreme or the other. What I’m wearing rn: Pyjamas, probably. How would your friends describe you: Um, nice? Hopefully? Idk, man, you’d have to ask one of them. I’ve been told I’m both loud and quiet by friends/family, affectionate, stubborn, generous, loyal but unavailable... I have no idea. How would your enemies describe you: Selfish, defensive, fat, awkward, pig-headed, aggressive, ugly, annoying, under-achiever, lazy, stupid, coward, manipulative, depressing, failure... I’m going to stop now. Who would you take a bullet for: Anyone I love, including my cat and Misha Collins.  If you had money to spare what would you buy first: Um, this is boring, but I’d help out with my Dad’s rent first, make sure he wasn’t touching any of his superannuation. And also the rent/groceries of this one friend of the family we have and her daughter, because they’ve nearly been out on the street a few times. More frequent care for my 96 year old grandma, because she insists on living on her own but can only afford help once a week. Then maybe a family trip? Merch and presents and stuff that I can mail to a bunch of people? Or some new clothes, probably, because all of mine are falling apart. Maybe some con tickets, if I was being really extravagant. Again, I’ve gotta stop thinking about it, because I’m bumming myself out. When did you make this blog/get tumblr: Feb, 2014. So three years ago almost to the day. Follower count: 346, but it’s been ping-ponging up and down a bit recently. Post count: 36,850... *buries face in shame* Your most active followers: @tomboyraven, @may-or-may-not-be-me, @myholydelusions, and @thefightingtink, currently. When did your blog reach its peak: It’s never really “peaked”? Has sort of just been surely but steadily gaining followers the longer I’ve been on here. Do you get asks on a daily basis: Hell, no. I’m lucky to get them on a monthly basis, if that. Why did you choose your url: Well, it used to be ariwillowtwist, as a combination of my name and what we called my horse, who I got to name when he was a foal. But then I wanted a url that wasn’t quite as personalised to me, that fit in more with the fandom/vaguely supernatural vibe my blog’s got going on now. I kept the “willow” part, and pulled “wings” out of thin air... it ties loosely to Cas in my mind. I didn’t want anything with actual character’s names in it, but something that still kind of fits as a theme. Plus, “willowywings” just sounds pretty. Conjures up all sorts of artistic images in my head that I’d love to paint someday, some of which resemble trenchcoated angels, some that look more like winged, spotty horses.
