just wondering, what made you choose not to develop the amish background for the pie sisters? i'm jewish; not amish myself but it's one of the first time i've ever seen the culture represented in a cartoon (love this project btw it's so fun)

I had in my head that Pinkie would be Mexican very early on, and because the Amish community/religion is predominantly white (with exceptions, I know there are black Amish people), I didn't feel able to keep the family's Amish background. I am disappointed about it though because as you pointed out, low representation. I may make another character Amish, if I can.

was the moon's talon outline deleted? i loved the story and the outline was expertly written. any chance you would be able to make that available again?

oh dang, you're right- i moved pretty much everything from my google drive to my own PC but i was pretty sure i kept the docs that i knew i linked in important places. but it looks like i forgot that one!

i was eventually planning to put all this on my website and not google drive, but for now- heres the Outline

and heres just an entire folder of all the documents i had anyways (allegiances, origins etc)

i know i still see that outline post get notes, and it makes me happy people enjoy the outline. i still am quite proud that i managed to outline the whole story lol.

i opened up a random word generator and grabbed a handful of words i thought would be fun or prefixes or suffix, sometimes i would smash two together or just find something to go with it myself

loyalclan had been v generic whatever names i like how they sounded. there were a few based on singing and music as loyalclans quirk is that. their known for singing weather to woo a mate or to tell stories to the other clan cats. (this get touched on in of the first chapters of my writing :3)

honorclan had been inspired by canon skyclan names, with the fact that their community is so diverse they have cats with their old human names as prefixes, like Deckerpaw or Yorkwish. sometimes not taking on a warrior style name like Bigs or Avenue. some naming their kits after city stuff like zincpaw or brickpelt

then gloryclan was similar to loyalclan with random word picking but with more of them being chosen by hand instead of at random. they take on marsh themed names like bogshadow or algeasnout. while another chunk of them has a tradition  of naming kits after emotions either positive ones with the idea of giving them a happy life full of said emotion such are Revelstar or Awepaw. while some others take on names of negative emotions in the idea that they can control them. to be able to face these hard times because you have taken its name. examples being Agonypaw and Sorrowcloud!

loyalclan had been my first clan so they kinda didn’t have a naming scheme i could work with but with the fact that a lot of song/music names happen i was able to help them develop their own thing while the following two had more themed names as i had worked out their world more before getting into it!

i was wondering, why did honorclan go through so many leaders?

ah! love getting questions on my fan clans sdjkg

so my fan clans are still relativly young, loyalclan and gloryclan are both only 4 leaders in 

Honorclan is at their 7th leader (8 if you includ the bushbelly and illuminationhaze incident) 

and its because! the clans dont fight, they dont fight one another. insteed of acting as three opposing groups fighting to keep their territory. they are three groups sharing a territory while making homes and groups within this territory. cats can come and go from clans as they please, sharing herbs and festivities between clans isnt strange.

so loyalclan and honorclan leaders while having to fight and maybe lose lives fighting the stay clan cat who wants to start up shit  they dont have a day to day fear of getting into fights that could turn deadly. they usually lose lives to greencough, foxes, or other natural causes.

but for Honorclan their live are very different. they have the biggest territory out of the clan but where they thrive in territory and access to many cats wanting to join their clan, they have issues with they share their territory with groups of ally cats. 

and its been a long history with the ally cats, there is many different factions of them and they are all ready to attack someone over any dispute, and early Honorclan isnt much better. 

their first leader Aseer/Honorstar was a man of peace, he was  a leader of atraveling nomadic group of cats. when they met foxie/loyalstar Aseer and a handful of other cats chose to settle in the pine forest. 

they would become Honorclan after Aseers leader name granted by starclan. 

their border sat next to a twoleg nesting area but they had plenty of forest. the occasional pet or loner would wander in and they would accept them in. there was smaller groups of cat who treated the twoleg places as their territory and would get into scuffles with the clan cats but it was a minimal problem.

until the twolegs begun to expand. in a few years of Honorstar’s life he watched the two leg nest double, leaving Honorclan cats with only a sliver on land. However instead of running or leaving their home he adapted.  if the twolegs pushed in on them they would push back.

Honorclan officially claimed the whole human nest as their hunting grounds.they would hunt mice, birds or scrounge for scraps or the bolder cats would even take food from human markets. 

the one downside to this expansion is, Honorstar wasnt the only one with the idea to expand. 

the ally cats did to. the groups began to multiply and organize, forming so many small groups that would expand across the town. 

between Honorstar’s lives all the way up to Greasestar now, it has been a work in progress to live side by side with the gangs of cats. in the early days when both sides where still figuring out everything, where to hunt, where to rest, who side they were on and so on. things were hard. early leaders often and spontaneously would lose lives to ally cats. more than one leader of Honorclan history has lost their final life suddenly and abruptly due to alley cat attacks. 

now in greasestar’s ruling the lines of where ally cats work and hunt and where the clan do their business has for the most part been set. they both have learned to stay out of each others ways. theres still the occasional scuffle (such as the incident with steelthroat against rubbervine and expressohop being one of the most recent incidents of this) but the clan has less and less problem with this, but still more than the otehr two clans.

its why sgh their number of leaders is nearly double the other clans
