Anyone know what the hell is causing this? Ever since the latest #at&t patch to my #samsung6edge #android O/S I'm running #Marshmallow with latest patch from at&t. This is super annoying. It keeps fuzzing up my wallpapers whenever the screen locks. Even a reset won't fix it.
