Realistically, people will fake DID. No one is saying that doesn’t happen.

But it’s not your place to decide who is faking and who isn’t.

And also, just because someone could be faking, doesnt mean that they are

A lot of people with did struggle with gender identity! Once I learned this, it was a huge eye opener. I’m a male alter in the same body as some female alters, so I’ve questioned my gender identity a l o t within the past few years. Sera feels pretty when she sees makeup filters on TikTok, but I get gender dysphoria from those. It only started making sense when I learned that it was two different people thinking two different things within the same head

The last month and a half or so I've been dealing with some health stuff but now I'm back in the groove and hoping to get the rest of the continent maps finished up before the end of October!!

There might be more alters than we thought

Confirmed(???) number is 4, but now it’s feeling more like 6

“Sam” might be actually two people- a “modern slang/joking/chill teenager” Sam and a more “literal/robot/Spock/logical” Sam. This obviously isn’t confirmed though

Also, “The child” might be two different children- one who experiences the world to try to make up for lost time, and the one who actually experienced the trauma and is holding onto that. Again, this isn’t confirmed

If my Sam theories are correct, I definitely feel more like the logical one right now. I’ll do some thinking about it tomorrow but Im able to think more clearly when im talking it through out loud with my mother, and unfortunately I will be on a plane flight tomorrow so (switch) Im not gonna be able to talk to my mom until I land :///

Also I put “(switch)” because I quickly went from logical to the “other” Sam, so I decided to put it in to show the contrast in the speech lmao

If cat was a human, they would be around the ages 2-4 based on their needs, priorities, behavior, and maturity, but since it’s just a concept, he’s ageless

Also something I wanted to add is that if I use different pronouns for alters than what is in their intros, please know that I’m using them because they feel right in the moment!! The intro pronouns only exist so outside folks can get the gist of how to refer to each alter
