Travelling from Samui to Phangan during a storm, it was definately not the buggest strom ever but was quite scary to travel by water at this period of time. The worst part was that no one be warned by the ferry company that they were travelling during a bad weather condition, also no one explain about safety procedure or at least how to wear life jacket. Most of people sat in the cabin with small door to get in and out. Outside were all wet from the water splash. I was afraid to imagine how many people would survine in case of something gone wrong. I decided to wear life jacket and sat outside. If anyone will travel during this time.
