A reminder: please remember to turn the stove OFF after you are finished cooking. Everything is fine, but we nearly had an situation today and I do NOT want a reproduction of this summer’s hockey house incident.

Students, please remember to consult the refrigerator storage chart, located on the side of our fridge. Help us avoid cross contamination. Uncooked meats such as chicken, beef, (and yes, horse), go UNDERNEATH the fresh fruits, veggies, and other in-process dishes. Thank you!
