Hey guys! So, I really didn’t want to have to do this--but this last week has made it extremely clear to me that I am unable to run this place by myself. With real life getting in the way and college just around the corner, I’m not able to dedicate the time needed to keep Sanctus afloat. 

I didn’t want to have to close this place down--I still really do enjoy our plot, and all of you guys that have made this place so much fun! and I really wanted to incorporate a plotline that I believe you all would have enjoyed.

But being the only active mod for the last few weeks have been extremely challenging for me. And I know that I’m going to be unable to dedicate the same time and effort to everyone in order to make this place thrive. I’ve tried to search for more mods to join me, but alas there has not been any interest. 

So on that sad note, I’m afraid that I’m going to have to close Sanctus. I wish that I was able to keep this place going, but unfortunately I cannot. 

Thank you all so much for joining, and rping with me, it’s been an utter blast to have you all around. I may turn one of my blogs into an indie or a 1x1, if any of you are interested in keeping in touch. If not, I wish you all the best and I’m sorry that I was unable to keep this place alive for you all.

Unfortunately We’ve lost one of our admins, but we will be working on revamping our RP at this time to accommodate the change. We ask that everyone please unfollow Ron Weasely and bare with with us.

Announcements;

Hey RPers! We’d like to take a moment to thank you all for joining us. It’ll be a pleasure to RP with you all and get to know you. I look forward to seeing where this rp goes.

We’re almost a week in now, so just a few things; 

We’ll be starting activity checks on Wednesday, July 13th.  They’ll be done twice a week, every Wednesday and Sunday. Essentially what this means if you haven’t been active for four days in a row (without letting the main know why) you’ll be put on the Activity warning list. If you still haven’t been active by the time we conduct our second activity check--then we’ll have to ask you to leave. Furthermore, if we begin noticing a trend where you are only active enough to avoid being let go (i.e Only coming on once every three days and replying only to one thread before disappearing again) then we’ll have to give you a strike, once you receive three strikes then you’ll also be asked to leave. We want this place to thrive! And to do that we need active RPers. We totally understanding that real life gets in the way or sometimes you just don’t feel like going online, which is perfectly fine, but we definitely ask that you please try to be actively involved.

Tomorrow we’ll be opening up the option for active Players who started on Monday of last week, to pick up a second character if they so wish to. Players who started later will be allowed the same after the seventh day of active RPing. 

Later on next week, we may start doing some group events or mini tasks to boost muse building and what not. We haven’t discussed the details yet but we are definitely open to suggestions!
