The wind had been working hard at Lake Michigan, piling up snow that became slush that became ice hills. It made designs in the sand, then blew the snow off of it to show off the hard work.

Tràigh Shanndaigh is the Gaelic name for this beach on Lewis, it is is v+-ery popular with surfers, families with young children, walkers and swimmers.
Sunset paints the sky with warm hues at Vagator Beach in Goa, whispering the day's end. The gentle waves brush the sand softly, drawing patterns only nature could create.
