okay so sandra khan starts out in aou because she was one of the many who volunteered/forced in strucker’s experiments. her powers are relatively simple but i think they’re pretty cool. basically she knows every attack that’ll come after her. let’s say someone is gonna punch her, she swiftly moves away from it because she knew it was coming. it’s like spidey sense in a way. she also have super strength and agility ( not incredibly strong but definitely stronger than she was before ). i don’t really know much about her except that she’s very rough around the edges, not a people person (like it took a lot in her to trust pietro and wanda), and has a lottt of trust and abandonment issues.

bethany is a bit more figured out. so it starts out in the 1940’s and she’ll know bucky and steve a bit before the events of catfa. her and bucky hit it off right away and they fall for each other fast and hard. ( also i know jenna coleman was in tfa but let’s all pretend that it’s actually beth because i just like jenna and sebastian a lot as a pairing so who cares ). while bucky’s drafted ( which i don’t believe is canon in the mcu but there’s a lot of speculation that he was so in going with that ), bethany and steve get closer because they’re basically all the have at the moment. like in between his gigs as a performer and when he has a break from boot camp/training as well. when bucky “dies”, bethany is literally broken! and she doesn’t have much time to fully cope because she’ll be kidnapped by hydra and used as bait for bucky since they had trouble wiping his mind completely and beth was the only one who was available for the torture. they also made a report saying she committed suicide so no one would go looking for her and when steve hears about it after he woke up from the ice, this man is even more devastated.

so hydra basically creates a serum to keep her alive for all these years. like she ages but barely. and ( besides steve ) she can easily tap into bucky’s mind and get him to calm down while he’s being all winter soldier emo.
