Hello lovelies ~ Happy early valentines ^^ Today, I will be reviewing a sponsored Heart Thigh Highs ($6.90) from Sandysshop!
Sandysshop is an online store which sells a wide range of stockings, thigh highs and socks. Here are some of my favourite pieces.
My package arrived on a sunny Saturday morning, February 1st. This was shipped to me from Sandy on January 23rd. The shipping took only 8 days! I was expecting 2 weeks because Sandy said the package will arrive around 2 to 3 weeks. These tights were shipped from Taiwan, pretty impressive that it travelled nearly half the globe to New Zealand within 8 days ~
I was actually going out to art lessons and found this lovely surprise in our mail box. I like how this package are unlike the ones where if you are not home to receive it, it gets sent to storage. My package came in a yellow card-ish envelope ~
I like how the envelope have their store's logo on the top left corner hehe. I think it is rather smart to have the shop logo on the front of the package so the buyers know who the package is from.
The front and back of Sandysshop's business card ^ The lolly was a surprise hehe. Who doesn't like some sort of sweets within their package? It makes double their day haha. Their business card includes Sandysshop's contact details. (e-mail, phone number, Facebook, Storenvy and their Tumblr)
Tadaaa, the tights ^ The tights were placed within a sealed plastic wrapper~ This ensures the tights to not get scratched and ripped during the package.
The awkward crotch part ^ The see-through part of the tights (first photo) is a much delicate material than the black parts of the tights.
The zoom in of the hearts of the tights ^ As the can see, the threading of the see through part is a different threading comparing to the threading of the black parts. So far, there are no loose edges and holes on the tights hehe.
Tights on me ^ The tights were really small and short when I took them out of the package. However, the tights will stretch into the size of your legs ~ I am 167cm tall. The little hearts looks like as if they were tattooed on hehe. I asked for these tights because one part of these is similar to thigh high socks and the hearts reminds me of tattooed tights c:
Zoom in to the hearts of these tights ^ As you can see, the upper parts of these are see through when you wear them. One slight problem is that if your thighs are rather well built, the hearts may stretch a little ~
The tights on me are different to the tights in the stocking photo (a clear difference is the size of the hearts), I expected that different because whoever modelled for those tights have much skinnier legs than mine ~ (asdfghjkl they are gorgeous aren't they?)
A few outfits I paired these tights with ^ These tights will go nicely with any type of cute looking shorts in spring or summer, skater skirts with knits in autumn or winter !

I was really surprised when the package arrived within 8 days o.o I expected a much longer time frame. This was a really pleasant and lovely surprise on a Saturday morning. The wrapping for this package is also a well done ~ Even though there were no bubble wrapping (not that I remember of), the tights itself were placed inside a sealed plastic wrapper ^^

Sandy is a really lovely person ~ I really enjoyed emailing her because the way she types makes me feel comfortable and that she wasn't just treating me like a stranger. She uses a lot of emoticons in her emails which helped me feel more comfortable talking to her. Even though this may seem really informal to others, but I really like the way Sandy emailed me hehe o u o Sandy replies to emails and my queries within 2 days and have given many detailed replies hoho!

These tights have really amazing quality !~ So close to full mark. I would have given a full mark, but I am a little bit scared about the threading for the top part of these tights. Because the treading wasn't as "tight" as the black part, I am scared that they are easy to rip. However, if I am careful when wearing these tights, this should be no problem! The little hearts on the tights are also well printed on, they are evenly spaced and the same size; not one heart looked out of place ~

It is been a while since I have given a 5/5 for an item hehe. These tights are super adorable and affordable for only $6.90. (If you guys would like, Sandy said she wouldn't setting up a discount code for you guys to use~) The quality is wowingly great! There are no scratches, holes or loose threads on these tights and I hope it will stay this way for a long long time.
