if we steal a hundred shounen jump artists..
we are facing a shortage in animation due to overproduction.
workload is huge, time is very little and payment is very low. thus no one wants to work in animation and things just begin to delay and get shorter and we can see the increase in QUALITY.
everyone gets stressed.
