”good night,” keiko leaned into the male and gave him a kiss before waving and closing the door behind him. while she had contemplated asking him to stay the night, it didn’t seem appropriate without first asking for kihyun’s approval. plus, with his daughter running around, she didn’t want to really be caught in any compromising situations either. so when she turned to see kihyun suddenly there in the room, she nearly jumped. “aish, can’t you make some noise when you walk into a room?” she nearly shrieked. her heart fluttered in her chest, wondering if he had seen the kiss she had given to the guy just now. if she had to be honest to herself, she had found herself a guy to deny herself of the feelings that she was developing for her best friend. it was wrong on so many levels and she wouldn’t allow it to happen. the only problem was that he got her feeling a little something each time he appeared and it didn’t help one bit that they lived together.

    Home. It had been a while, four years having been spend abroad to ensure that Eunbyeol would get into one of the top universities teaching hospitality. But now, finally Hyungwon’s little silver star had returned home and what better than to celebrate by the oh so familiar parties that the Choi families would throw?

   Dressed in midnight blue, the brunette steps down the stairs, knowing quite well how eyes followed her. There was a certain status to be kept; still the pristine young girl that they were oh so familiar with. No one would ever know the truth, no one except for Jisun. Eunbyeol is quite aware of how dangerous the man could be for her title but it still doesn’t keep her from wondering if she would run into him once again.

    It isn’t until she’s at the bar, ordering her second glass of champagne that she spots the other. A smile grows upon her lips, eyes twinkling in delight as she remembers their adventures from back then. Glass in hand, she slowly steps towards him, hand moving over his right to his left shoulder as she rounds him. “Missed me?”

    DAINTY FINGERS CLOSE around either of songhyun’s wrists in a tight grasp as they press the other against the bed below them. knees digging into either side of his waist atop the mattress he’s pressed against, minsu draws out a huff as they look down at the other with an intense gaze that is paired with a pair of lips that are pressed into a tight line. they don’t know why they bother when songhyun is the exact opposite if everything minsu was --- his loud and spontaneous nature not exactly complimenting the refined and calculating essence of theirs. but even after the slytherin declares time and time again they were done dealing with his juvenile antics and walked out, they always found themself back in the same situations as before. it had become almost a routine of theirs. ‘ what will it take to get you to not move ? ’ minsu grunts, sitting on songhyun’s lower abdomen to weigh him down in an attempt for him to not be able to get up ( as if minsu weighs much to begin with ). ‘ what will it take for you to not destroy something ? to not give me a damn headache. it’s like babysitting a damn child. ’ // @jikook1x1

    SPARKLING EYES MARVEL at the sight before him as zhiwen takes light treads up the palace steps. he’s nervous, and it feels so evident to him, which shows in that he can hear his heart pounding in his chest, and wonders if all the other guests that walk past him can hear it too. but as the butterflies flutter within him fervently and chaotically, zhiwen notices everyone else around him surprisingly calm, which prompts him to wonder how many times they had all been invited to royal events. even if it was two or three times, he felt like they were lucky to have been invited at all before because due to zhiwen’s status, he was never so lucky. but the ball this night was open to the public, and he would be out of his mind to let this opportunity slip through his fingers. so, dressed in the finest clothes he could get his hands on, zhiwen follows unfamiliar faces through the palace gates, entranced by all the beauty and luxury the royal family had to offer. he tries not to drool over it all too much in hopes of not disclosing his lack of status to those around. it’s a few minutes of wandering before zhiwen is standing face-to-face before a very attractive and very tall man wearing the finest garments. he gives the other a bow, which he pairs with a polite smile. ‘ may i say, you’re dressed divine. if i’m being honest, i’ve not ever seen a sight quite as beautiful. ’ // @jikook1x1

    DULL, LIFELESS EYES trail off in the midst of minzhe working on his project that has now become an afterthought as he trails through one of the pathways at the park. he likes the hobby he has dedicated himself to pursuing, but it begins to lose its appeal when he loses creative freedom in order to be put in a box. but still, work is work and he has to complete the tasks assigned to him anyway. so he strolls through the park in the late afternoon, the falling sun still lighting the way for him as best it can considering the time. the camera, however, had been long forgotten, stuffed in minzhe’s forever 21 bag. and it’s then that he is met with a pretty face. he has long, dark hair that almost completely covers his eyes and it almost stops him dead in his tracks. ‘ oh, hi, ’ a soft voice greets the stranger before he takes a few tentative steps closer. ‘ what brings you here all alone ? ’

    THE FIRE ABLAZE in the fireplace radiates a moderate warmth that fills the main room of the cabin. minhwi nurses a pair of warm mugs in his hands as he walks back into the room where his boyfriend is seated waiting for him. it’s nice, he thinks, as he walks into the room. it’s fairly quiet, and usually is for the most part. being away meant the two of them get some semblance of peace and time alone together, which they don’t always get otherwise. plus, nobody gets to see him fall on his ass while he’s ice skating like earlier in the day. his rear is still a little sore from the fall, but he’s much better for the most part. minhwi drops himself onto the couch as carefully as he can, and then offers one of the mugs filled with hot cocoa to jimin, taking a sip of the other before setting the ceramic cup down on the table top next to them. ‘ i know this whole thing was my idea, but i may not be cut out for this, ’ he comments, letting out a soft laugh as he moves in close to jimin, snaking his hands around the other’s waist to pull him close. ‘ remind me to never go ice skating. next time, i’ll probably break something --- or better yet, accidentally kill myself. ’ // @sanhuns
