Khushi wakes up and smiles. Today the Raizada family was coming to give the Shagun. She was getting married to Arnav in the proper way, with all the rituals this time.

She shifts a little and tries to stretch when she realises something was holding back her hand. She turned to see Arnav sleeping next to her, his hand firmly on hers.. he had always liked sleeping hand in hand with her and today was no different. Khushi opened her eyes widely, she was shocked to see he was still here.

Khushi : Arnavji.... Arnavji !!!

Arnav shifted and frowned a bit but then went back to sleep.

Khushi : Ye laad governor.... (She pinches him)

Khushi : OUCH !!!! Khushi.... What the  (He rubs his hand where she had pinched)

Khushi : Shhh.... dheere bol

Arnav : (in a lower tone) Khushi... why'd you pinch me?

Khushi : Why are you here? You're not supposed to be here.

Arnav : I slept away, sorry...

Khushi looked at him, her laad governor was so cute when he said sorry. She smiles at him and ruffled his hair.

Arnav : Khushi, im not a little child. (He passed his hand through his hair)

She knew he didnt like it when she ruffled his hair like that but Khushi being Khushi did it anyways.

Khushi was about to say something when she heard a knock on her bedroom door. Khushi jumped off the bed and looked straight at Arnav.

Buaji : Sanka Devi, get up...!!! Arnav bahua and everyone are coming in a while.

Arnav : (he looked at the time) Oh shit.. Di is probably looking for me!!!

Khushi : Go now.... 

Khushi pulls him off the bed and Arnav walks to the door.

Arnav : Umm...

Khushi : Go through here... (she motions to the window)

He goes through the window and turns to her..

Arnav : Hey... I'll be back soon.

Khushi : Im waiting for you

They smile at each other and Arnav gives her a quick kiss on the cheek before leaving. Khushi touches her cheek and blushes.
