Miso Tonkotsu Ramen, Sanpoutei Holland Village Branch Other than the char siew, it also had generous servings of vegetables and minced meat! The miso was somehow slightly spicy.

Tori and Tonkotsu Broth Ramen at Sanpoutei (Holland Village Branch) The soup was so thick and creamy it felt like I was drinking pudding. The charsiew was melt-in-the mouth, and can I make the bad pun that torching it really put the char in charsiew? For people who prefer chewier noodles, (it's from Niigata) this is a notch above Ippudo for the higher-end ramen chains.
